How it works
Five steps from signup to earning rebates. Nothing hidden.
If your employer offers HealthReturns, you can enroll in a few minutes. You'll see exactly what data is used and what isn't before you agree to anything.
- Completely voluntary
- No penalties for skipping
- Clear explanation of what's shared
Connect a data source
Link a device you already use, like a Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, or Fitbit. If you don't have one, you can enter data manually.
- Works with most fitness devices
- Apple Health supported
- Manual entry always available
Capture your baseline
Your first month establishes where you're starting from. There's no judgment here; this is just the reference point for measuring progress.
- 30-day baseline period
- Your starting point is private
- No penalties for where you begin
Make progress, earn rebates
Improve from your baseline, or maintain already-healthy metrics. Either path earns you a higher rebate on your health coverage.
- Level 1: Participation (~5%)
- Level 2: Improvement (~15%)
- Level 3: Excellence (~30%)
Check in quarterly
Every 90 days, your level is recalculated. You'll always know where you stand and what it would take to move up.
- Evaluated every 90 days
- No surprise changes
- Clear next steps
